“ Best Thai food in town hands down , I've been to every Thai spot and this place is 100% authentic with great quality food, for gods sake even the most UN Thai food the "orange chicken " I got for my son was the best orange chicken I've tried ever , the Thai chili sauce didnt even smell or taste fishy , the chicken basil plate med spicy was absolutely full of flavor and the noodles were even better can't go wrong with this place that's why it's packed and closed & 3 pm get their early ”

“ I love their two specials - basil special or Penang special. I only get the chicken version of either one. I can say that I love their basil special chicken probably just a little more of the two. Basil chicken special comes with steamed rice and Pad Thai plain. Their version is very tasty and good. The service is good there but they are very small, and have limited hours AND they only serve lunch. Their hours are Tue to Sat 11 am to 3 pm. If you don't get there close to 11 am on Saturday you will have to wait maybe 45 minutes to get seated. Getting there at 11:15 I had to wait 45 minutes to over an hour on Saturdays. I really like both dishes here. Their Penang is very good too. They both are very tasty. Summary: great food, lunch only, get there at 11 am or maybe 2 pm (I don't recommend 11:15 am to 1:30 pm unless you are ok with waiting)if you are going on a Saturday AND eating in the restaurant. Either dish is $17 plus tax and tip. If you like Thai food, I think that you will like this place! ”

“ We've been going to Thai Country for years and think it's the best Thai food in town. My go to's are the Panang Curry and Pad Thai special. The yellow curry is also great. They're always busy so service can be rushed and there's sometimes a long hold when trying to place an order. Restaurant is not very big but layout is open. They have very limited hours (only open for lunch and closed Sunday/Monday. ”

“ Joining the Thai Country fan club real quick. I've heard such great things about this place and it's been on my Fresno food bucket list and it did not disappoint! Their hours are limited and they are only open for lunch so I was worried about snagging a seat, but it definitely wasn't a problem! I came in with a group of 4 around 11:20ish on a Saturday and there were still plenty of tables!!! I think we got lucky though because it got busy shortly after so it's all about timing. THE FOOD/DRINKS: 〰 Pad Thai (4.5/5): This pad thai was BOMB. Perfectly savory and umami. I like my pad thai a little sweeter BUT that's just a personal preference and regardless this still tasted goooood. Gobbled this up like nobody's business! 〰 Thai Tea (5/5): I haven't met a thai tea i didn't like and this is definitely not an exception! Refreshing and not overly sweet. Perfect compliment to the meal. 〰 Panang Curry (5/5): Sooooo comforting and delicious. I would definitely get this again. The menu warns this dish is spicy but I don't think it's that spicy!!! I can only imagine how much this dish would be elevated with increased spice! However, at base level, this is YUM! Food aside, I would give this place 5 stars for service alone. I kid you not, we ordered and food came out in less than 8 minutes. My sister was even like, "I didn't have time to process that the menu was taken away and the food is here!". They were QUICK! And the food was still so quality. They don't mess around here. I get why people love this place so much. I wish they were open for dinner as well :'( I'd love to come here again and try out their other dishes too!!! ”

“ The service here is wonderful. They all are doing a good job. However, the Food disappointed... Yes, they use much more chicken in their dishes, and it sure plays well in the pictures! But what if that chicken actually didn't have any flavor, was plain, not seasoned at all and is cardboard like? What if the other dishes I ordered also lacked flavors in comparison to other Thai restaurants, or they went really cheap on the pad Thai sauce? What if the Thai dumplings were dry, lacking moisture, had a hard texture and actually just didn't even taste good? I don't have any desire to return to this restaurant and will stick with my favorite, Pad Thai on Shaw. Everything there is tasty, has robust flavors, even their most humble food item is packed with flavors! This place isn't even close... My experiment on Herndon is over! I'm returning to Shaw Ave to live out the rest of my days in TASTY, JUICY, FLAVORFUL satisfaction! -G ”
